1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ResolveRCM ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ResolveRCM provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that assists healthcare revenue cycle management teams with documentation and appeal preparation. The Service provides administrative and documentation assistance only and does not provide medical, legal, or billing advice.

3. No Clinical Decision-Making

ResolveRCM does not make clinical decisions, determine medical necessity, or replace professional judgment. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and submitting any outputs generated by the Service.

4. Data & PHI Handling

  • ResolveRCM does not store Protected Health Information (PHI) on its servers.
  • Entry of PHI during intake or processing is prohibited and may be automatically redacted.
  • Limited PHI may be included only at final export, where such data is generated and stored locally on the user's device, not on ResolveRCM systems.
  • Users are solely responsible for HIPAA compliance related to any locally stored data.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Enter only data you are authorized to use
  • Maintain appropriate safeguards on your systems
  • Comply with applicable healthcare, privacy, and data protection laws

6. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass safeguards, or use it for unlawful purposes. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

ResolveRCM and its content are owned by ResolveRCM Solutions LLC. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated. The technology underlying ResolveRCM is protected by one or more pending patent applications.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResolveRCM Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
