Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ResolveRCM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ResolveRCM is a documentation generation tool designed for medical billing professionals. The Service:

• Generates appeal and reconsideration letters
• Creates MDM-style clinical summaries
• Provides denial reason intelligence and guidance
• Exports documentation in Word format

The Service Does NOT:

• Submit claims or appeals to payers
• Integrate directly with EHR systems
• Provide medical advice or coding recommendations
• Guarantee approval of appeals or claims
• Perform eligibility verification

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have authority to bind your organization (if applicable)

New accounts require administrator approval before accessing full functionality.

4. Subscription and Payment

Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Free Trial: 25 packets or 15 days, whichever comes first
• Starter: $79/month for 50 packets
• Growth: $199/month for 300 packets
• Pro: $349/month for 650 packets

Overage

If you exceed your monthly packet allocation, overage charges apply:

• +100 packets: $39
• +250 packets: $79

Overages are calculated and billed at the end of each billing period.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly
• Payment is due at the start of each billing period
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for fraudulent billing practices
• Submit false or misleading clinical information
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service in violation of HIPAA or other applicable regulations
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Protected Health Information (PHI) is stored only in your browser
• PHI is never transmitted to our servers or AI models
• Only de-identified clinical information is processed by our service
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by ResolveRCM and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Documentation you generate using the Service belongs to you, but the underlying templates, algorithms, and technology remain our property.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We specifically disclaim:

• Any guarantee of appeal approval or claim payment
• Warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose
• Responsibility for payer decisions or reimbursement outcomes
• Liability for errors in generated documentation

You are responsible for reviewing all generated documentation before submission to payers.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESOLVERCM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Denied claims or appeals
• Any amount exceeding the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ResolveRCM from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Claims submitted using documentation generated by the Service

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• Any outstanding fees become immediately due
• You may export your data before termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
